The poison coursing through your veins? The blade striking your tender flesh? The flames scorching your skin to a crisp? The last drawing of your breath fading away? All of your dreams, goals, memories, hopes, shattered and forgotten in mere seconds?
No, why would you want remember?
Alas, it does not matter. History is damned to repeat itself over and over, even in a time where many think only solace and redemption remain. One day you will understand, and maybe on that day, the revelation of your presence will be made. But until that day, as you stand among other unfamiliar faces, the mist around you only grows thicker and colder with every second.
A dirt road is paved before you feet, leading into the ghastly white of the unknown.

Hey guys! Welcome to a small idea of an RP I had revolving around my head for awhile. If you couldn't tell by the vague intro, this RP is a psychological, horror-survival RP set shortly after all of your character's deaths in what is best described as Purgatory. The RP will have many dark themes which include gore, disturbing sights, and just general mindfucking.
Disclaimer aside, here is a bit more information about the RP.
I will not be RPing a character myself. I will be handling this RP sort of "old-school", with me only introducing the environment and briefly playing NPCs when whilst the rest of the RPers respond accordingly with their characters. I may request a Co-GM to help me in the future.
The story of the RP will be revealed as it goes along, as an RPer, you are literally jumping into this blind to add some depth in discovering the story.
Your characters are fully aware of their deaths and events leading up to their deaths. But, they have no knowledge of where they are and how they are still *alive*. In Purgatory, their bodies act as if they were alive (they need water, food, oxygen, etc. etc.)
You can, if you want, play a character from a fandom or have an original character. My rules for character creation is that you primarily stick to human/humanoid characters and I prefer real-life pictures (anime will suffice). Also, if you are taking characters from fandoms, try to avoid accidental spoilers for said fandom either through a warning at the top of the character sheet or a spoiler tab of some sorts.
Please do not RP overpowerly demi-gods or supernatural powerhouses.
This is only an idea, and quite frankly, the weirdest idea I have for a RP (most of my inspirations came from stuff such as H.P Lovecraftian horror and Silent Hill games). If you guys don't like, I don't blame you. I'm just throwing it out here to see if anyone might like it.
One final note, still working and edging things out, once again this is just an idea and subject to change.
