The water had still gotten to splash the young knight's face, but honestly, he didn't mind it. Some tiny drops stuck to his hair, while some other dripped down his cheeks. He could've easily stopped it, given the fact that, unlike Victor, he did see when the ball of water was thrown on his direction. He just didn't. He so wanted to chase after them, join the game.
"When I was a kid, I got bit by a horse."
Adam lowered his eyes to her revealed elbow, and without thinking it, his hand had already reached for it. His fingers were long and slender, his skin not all that smooth due to his type of job. His fingertips brushed her scar once before he pulled his hand back "Don't worry. I'd gladly get myself bitten than allow a horse to bite you again instead" He declared casually, though his tone made it evident that he was being serious.
A grin was drawn on the young man's at Rebecca's statement. "Very well then" Once again, he held the reins with his two hands "Hold on tight, My Lady" He warned her while leaning his head in until it hovered just above her shoulder and a few inches away from her own face. He turned his face to the side a bit, and threw her a glance from the corner of his eye before he flashed her a grin. Just in case, he tightened - just a wee bit - his grip around her and finally allowed for their horse to chase after the other in a fast sprint when he dug his heels into its sides.
Elisa shook her head a bit in an attempt to get rid of the few drops of water that had reached her hair. She too found herself laughing. For a moment, that brief one, she didn't feel doubt or worries. With the air blowing her hair back, and Victor's warm body pressed against her own, she almost felt ... calm. No ... Not quite calm, but she felt happy, it that was the proper word to choose, she wasn't too sure.
"Gotcha" She replied to Victor's instruction, before she too glanced back. Adam and Rebecca didn't seem to be trying to catch up with them, but sooner than later, she believed she saw the knight pressing their horse to join the chase, and her smile grew into a grin when she urged for their horse to go faster.
The animal complied once again, and she was pressed even more to the black haired knight's body due to the speed that pushed her backwards. Some dirt raised each time the horse dug its hoofs into the ground, and Elisa was pleased to say that she had never actually gotten to go that fast in a horse.
